Article 56: Responsibility of a legal person

1. The legal entity shall be responsible for its obligations to all property owned by it. Article 113, paragraph 6, paragraph 6, article 123.21, paragraph 3, article 123.22, paragraphs 3 to 6, and article 123.23, paragraph 2, of the present Code. 2.
