Article 560: Form and State registration of the contract for the sale of an enterprise

1. A contract for the sale of a business shall be concluded in writing by means of one document signed by the parties (art. 434, para. 2) and accompanied by the documents referred to in the annex thereto. 2. Failure to comply with the form of a contract for the sale of an enterprise shall render it null and void.
