Article 606. Lease agreement

Under the lease contract (goods employment), the lessor (employer) undertakes to provide the lessee (employer) with property for payment for temporary possession and use or for temporary use. The fruits, products and income earned by the lessee from the use of the leased property under the contract are its property.
