Article 620: Early termination at the request of the lessee

At the request of the lessee, the lease may be terminated early by the court in cases where: (1) the lessor does not provide the property for the use of the lessee or creates an obstacle to the use of the lessee (2) the property transferred to the lessee has an obstacle to its use which has not been specified by the lessor. The Panel recommends no award of compensation for contract losses. or does not perform major repairs of the property, which is its responsibility, within the time limits established by the lease agreement, or in the absence of it within a reasonable period of time; (4) the property by reason of the circumstances, which the lessee does not answer will be in a position not to use. Other grounds for early termination may also be established by the lease agreement on the demand of the leaser. In accordance with article 450, paragraph 2, of the present Code.
