Article 627. Date of the lease contract

1. The lease contract shall be for a period of up to one year. 2. Rules on renewal of the lease contract for an indefinite period and on the lessee ' s priority right to renew the lease contract (art. 3. The lessor may waive the lease contract at any time by giving notice in writing of the lessor ' s intention at least ten days ' notice.
