Article 651. Form and State record of the lease of a building or structure

1. The lease of a building or structure shall be entered into in writing by means of one document signed by the parties (art. 434, para. 2). 2. A lease agreement for a building or structure for a period of at least one year shall be registered by the State and shall be deemed to have been concluded from the date of such a reghis.
