Article 663. Application of the rules on the consequences of invalidity, modification and avoidance to the lease of an enterprise

Rules of this Code on the consequences of the invalidity of transactions, on modification and on avoidance of a contract, providing for the return or recovery in kind of a contract received on one side or on both sides, apply to the lease contract of an enterprise, unless such effects violate the essential rights and legally protected interests of the lessor ' s and lessee ' s creditors, other persons and It’s contrary to the public interest.
