Article 682. Plata per accommodation

1. The amount of the rent for the accommodation shall be fixed by agreement of the parties in the contract for the employment of the dwelling. 2. A unilateral change in the amount of rent for accommodation shall not be permitted except as provided for by law or by law. 3. The employer must pay the rent for the dwelling within the time limits stipulated in the contract for the employment of the dwelling. Every month in accordance with the procedure established by the Housing Code of the Russian Federation.
