1. The contractor may not impose on the employer the inclusion in the contract of a domestic contract of additional work or services; the employer may refuse to pay for work or services not provided for in the contract. 2. The employer shall be entitled at any time prior to the performance of the work, to refuse to perform the contract of employment by paying the contractor a portion of the price fixed in proportion to the part of the work performed prior to delivery. Refusal to perform the contract, and refunding the contractor the costs incurred to date for the performance of the contract if they are not included in the specified portion of the price of work. which deprives the customer of this right is negligible.
