Article 733. Performance of work from the contractor ' s material

1. If the work under the contract is performed from the contractor ' s material, the material shall be paid by the employer upon conclusion of the contract in whole or in part specified in the contract with the final p. According to the contract, the material may be provided by the contractor on credit, including on condition that the employer pays the material in the contract. 2. The change in the price of the material provided by the contractor after a contract of accommodation does not entail recalculation.
