Article 762. Obligations of the employer

Under the contract for the execution of the design and prospecting work, the employer is obliged, unless otherwise provided in the contract: to pay the contractor the price set in full upon completion of all the works. or pay in instalments after completion of certain phases of the work; use technical documentation received from the contractor only for the purposes specified in the contract not to transfer technology to assist the contractor in carrying out the design and exploration work in the amount and under the terms, as discussed in the contract; participate with the contractor in the harmonization of the completed technical documentation with the relevant government and local government authorities; reimburse the contractor additional costs due to changes in the baseline data for the design and exploration work due to circumstances beyond the contractor ' s control; engage the contractor against the contractor; Part of the claim brought against the employer by a third party for deficiencies in the technical documentation produced or in the prospecting work performed.
