Article 778. Legal regulation of contracts for research, development and technology

The provisions of chapter 37, paragraph 1, of the present Code apply to contracts for research, development and technological work, unless this is contrary to the rules of insistence. The consequences of the failure of the employer to show up for the results of the research, development and technological work contracts are as follows: The rules of article 738 of the present Code apply to State or municipal contracts for the conduct of research, development and technological work. Articles 763 to 768 of the present Code apply to public or municipal needs.
