Article 798: Volume contracts

The carrier and the cargo owner may conclude long-term volume contracts if necessary for the systematic carriage of goods. The carrier undertakes to accept the goods within the prescribed time limits and the cargo owner to produce the goods on a conditional basis. Manual conditions for the provision of vehicles and the presentation of goods for carriage, calculation procedures and other conditions for the organization of carriage.
