Article 805. The performance of the duties of the freight forwarder by a third person

If the contract does not indicate that the freight forwarder is required to perform his duties in person, the freight forwarder is entitled to involve other persons in the performance of his duties. I am not exempting the freight forwarder from liability to the client for the performance of the contract.
