Article 854. The reasons for the write-off of funds from the account

1. Write-off of funds from the account shall be effected by the bank pursuant to the order of the client. 2. Write-off of funds held in the account shall be authorized by court order without the order of the client. as well as in cases established by law or provided for in a contract between the bank and the client.
