Article 857.

1. The bank shall guarantee the secrecy of the bank account and bank contribution, account transactions and customer information. 2. Information constituting a bank secret may only be provided to the customers of the Il. The State authorities and their officials, as well as other persons, are represented in the credit offices on the grounds and in accordance with the procedures provided for by law. 3. In the event of the disclosure by the bank of information constituting a bank secret, the customer whose rights are violated shall be entitled only to be provided with food in the circumstances and in the manner prescribed by law. The bank is entitled to claim compensation for damages.
