Article 860.14: Regulation of funds held in a public deposit account

1. Arrest, suspension and write-off of funds held in a public deposit account in respect of the account holder ' s obligations to its creditors and of the beneficiary ' s ore ' s obligations 2. In the event of failure by the holder of the account to comply with the prescribed conditions, the right to claim the account holder may be invoked against the beneficiary or depositor. By law, the beneficiary or depositor has the right to require the holder of the account to take legal action.
