Article 860.3: Nominal account transactions
The law or contract of the nominal account may limit the range of transactions that may be carried out at the direction of the account holder, including by identifying: (1) persons to whom a transfer may be made or to issue money; (2) persons with whose consent an account transaction is carried out; (3) documents constituting the basis for the transaction; (4) other circumstances.
