Article 860.7 — Escrou account contract
1. Under the escrow account contract, a bank (escru agent) shall open an escroux special account to record and freeze funds received from the account holder (depositor) for the purpose of transferring them to another person, or The rights to the money in the escro account shall be held by the depositor until the date the grounds for the transaction arise.
