Article 882. Injection of a cheque

1. The presentation of the cheque to the bank servicing the cheque holder on the account to receive payment shall be deemed to be the presentation of the cheque to the payment. The payment of the cheque shall be made in the manner prescribed by article 875 of the Rules. 2.
