Article 907. Warehouse agreement

1. Under the warehouse contract, the commodity warehouse (the custodian) undertakes, for remuneration, to store the goods handed over to it by the owner (the cleric) and return the goods to the safe house. 2. The written form of the warehouse contract shall be deemed to be the organization that maintains the goods as business activities and shows the services involved in the storage. Accumulation shall be deemed to have been satisfied if its conclusion and acceptance of the goods to the warehouse are certified by a warehouse document (art. 912).
