Article 914 — Rights of holders of warehouse and security certificates

1. The holder of the warehouse and security certificates shall have the right to dispose of the goods stored in the warehouse in full. 2. The holder of the warehouse certificate, separated from the security certificate 3. The holder of the security certificate other than the holder of the warehouse date shall have the right to dispose of the goods, but shall not take them from the warehouse until the loan issued on the basis of the certificate of lien has been paid. If the goods are secured, they are entitled to a security deposit in the amount of credit and interest on the loan certificate; if the goods are secured, they are marked on the warehouse certificate.
