Article 916: Issuance of goods on double warehouse certificate

1. The warehouse shall issue the goods to the holder of the warehouse and security certificates (a double warehouse certificate) not only in exchange for both of these certificates together. 2. the goods are issued by the warehouse in exchange for the warehouse certificate and on condition that a receipt is submitted with it. 3. The warehouse, which, contrary to the requirements of this article, has issued the goods to the holder of the warehouse certificate without a security witness 4. The holder of the warehouse and security certificates shall be liable to the holder of the bond certificate for payment of the full amount secured. In exchange for the initial certificates, new certificates are issued for the goods remaining in the warehouse.
