Article 926.3: Verification of the grounds for the transfer of property to the beneficiary

1. If the escro contract requires the beneficiary to produce documents confirming the grounds for the transfer of the property to him, the escru-agent must verify it from the outside. 2. The Esk contract shall not transfer property unless otherwise provided for by the treaty. An escrow agent may be required to verify the existence of grounds for transferring the property to the beneficiary.
