Article 928 — Interrupts for which insurance is not permitted

2. There shall be no insurance against participation in games, lottery and bet. 3. There shall be no insurance against expenses to which a person may be entitled. 4. The terms of the insurance contracts, which are contrary to paragraphs 1 to 3 of this article, are null and void.
