Article 952. Property insurance against various insurance risks

1. Property and business risk may be insured against different insurance risks under both one and one insurance policy, including contracts with different insurers. 2. If of the two or more contracts concluded in accordance with paragraph 1 of the present report, the total amount of insurance may be exceeded. The obligation of insurers to pay insurance compensation for the same consequences of the same insurance case is implicit in the relevant part of the contract. The Committee is concerned at the fact that the State party has not taken any measures to ensure that the State party has the necessary measures to ensure that it is in conformity with the provisions of article 951, paragraph 4, of the present Code.
