Article 969: Compulsory State insurance

1. In order to safeguard the social interests of citizens and the interests of the State, the law may establish compulsory State insurance for the life, health and property of public servants. The compulsory State insurance is provided with the funds allocated for this purpose from the relevant budget to the ministries and other federal bodies. 2. Compulsory State insurance is provided directly on the basis of the laws and other legal acts on such insurance specified in these acts. 3. The obligation of the public insurance or other State organizations (insured persons) or on the basis of the insurance agreements concluded in accordance with these acts by the insurers and insurers. 4. The rules of this chapter shall apply to insurers in the amount determined by the laws and other legal acts relating to such insurance.c I am entitled to compulsory State insurance, unless otherwise provided for in the laws and other legal acts relating to such insurance and derived from the substance of the relevant insurance relationship.
