Article 974: Obligations of the Counsel

Counsel is obliged: to execute the instructions given to him personally, except in the cases specified in article 976 of the present Code; to inform the trustee, at his request, of the progress made in the implementation of the Code; :: To hand over to the trustee, without delay, all the transactions received in the execution of the commission; the execution of the assignment; or the termination of the contract of assignment before performance without delay If so required by the terms of the contract or the nature of the assignment, the power of attorney shall be surrendered and a report accompanied by the supporting documents shall be submitted.
