Article 1292: Right of access

1. The author of an artist ' s work has the right to demand from the owner of the original work the possibility to exercise the right to reproduce its work (right to the right of the author). 2. The author of the works of architecture has the right to require the owner of the original works to deliver the works to the author. Allowing the photo and video coverage of the work, unless otherwise provided by the treaty.
