Article 1315: Rights of the perpetrator

1. The perpetrator is entitled to: (1) the exclusive right of performance; (2) the right of authorship — the right to be recognized by the author of the performance; (3) the right to a name — the right to indicate one ' s name or a pseudonym on an executory basis.
