Article 1348: Co-authors of invention, useful model or industrial design

1. Citizens who have created an invention, a useful model or an industrial model by joint creative work are recognized as co-authors. 3. The relationship of the authors in the distribution of the proceeds of the invention is not clear, unless otherwise provided for in the agreement between them. The rules of article 1229, paragraph 3, of the present K shall apply accordingly, with the exclusive right of invention, a useful model or an industrial model. 4. The right to a patent for an invention, a useful model or an industrial model is decided jointly by the authors. It is not possible to use a model or industrial model to protect its rights to invention.
