Article 1411: Co-authors of the selection achievement

1. Citizens whose collective creative work has been created, produced or identified as a breeding achievement shall be recognized as co-authors. 3. With regard to the relations of the sponsors relating to the distribution of the proceeds of the use of the selection achievement and to the disposition of the exclusion The rules of article 1229, paragraph 3, of the present Code apply accordingly. 4. Each of the co-authors has the right to take action on their own to defend their rights.
