Article 1458: Agreement on the exclusion of the exclusive right to to topologue

Under a treaty on the exclusion of the exclusive right to topology, one party (the right holder) transfers or undertakes to transfer the exclusive right to the whole of the other to the topology. Orone is the acquisitionor of the exclusive right to topology.
