Article 1477: Trade mark and service mark

1. The trademark, i.e. the mark for the individualization of the goods, is recognized as an exclusive right, certified by a trademark certificate (art. 1481). the Trademark Code applies accordingly to service marks, i.e. to symbols used for the individualization of the work or services performed.
