Article 1506: Publication of information on the State registration of a trademark

Information relating to the State registration of a trademark and entered in the State Register of Trademarks in accordance with article 1503 of this Code is published by the Federal Authority. In the official bulletin of the executive authority on intellectual property, immediately after the registration of the trademark in the State Trademark Register or after the inclusion in the State of Justice, A small register of trademarks of the relevant changes.
