Article 1510: Right to collective sign

1. The association of persons whose establishment and activities are not contrary to the law of the State in which it is established may register a collective sign in the Russian Federation. the mark is a trademark intended to indicate goods produced or marketed by persons belonging to the association and having uniform characteristics of their quality or by other means. 2. The collective sign may be used by each member of the association. 3. A person who is a member of an association that has registered a collective sign shall be entitled to use his/her trademark together with the collective sign.
