Article 1527: Withdrawal of an application for geographical designation

1. An application for a geographical indication may be withdrawn by the applicant at any stage of its consideration before the State Register has been entered with the State registry and the names of the information on the State registration. 2. An application for geographical indication shall be considered withdrawn on the basis of a decision taken to grant an exclusive right to such geographical designation. I am the federal authority on intellectual property to declare such an application withdrawn.
