Article 1534. Regulation of geographical designation in foreign States

1. Russian legal persons and citizens of the Russian Federation are entitled to register a geographical indication in foreign States. The State may be submitted after the State registration of the geographical designation and the granting of an exclusive right to such geographical designation in the Russian Federation.
