Article 8: Grounds for the emergence of civil rights and obligations

1. Civil rights and obligations derive from the grounds laid down by law and other legal acts, as well as from the actions of citizens and legal persons which, although not provided for by law or Civil rights and obligations are thus created by: (1) from a treaty In other transactions provided for by law, as well as contracts and other transactions, although not provided for by law but not contrary to it; (1.1) from the decisions of assemblies in the cases provided for by law; (2) Acts of State and local self-government bodies which are provided for by law as the basis for the emergence of civil rights and obligations; (3) from a court decision, by mouth (b) The acquisition of property on grounds permitted by law; (c) the creation of works of science, literature, art and inventions and other results of intellectual activity; (6) as a result of injury to another person; (7) as a result of unjustified enrichment; (8) as a result of other actions by citizens and legal persons; (9) 2.
