Article 26: Capacity of minors between 14 and 18 years of age

1. Minors between 14 and 18 years of age engage in transactions other than those mentioned in paragraph 2 of this article, with the written consent of their legal representatives, the birth of a child. The transaction performed by such a minor is also valid upon its subsequent written approval by his parents, adoptive parents or guardian. Minors between 14 and 18 years of age are also entitled to be members of cooperatives in accordance with cooperative laws. 4. Under the present Code, such minors are liable for the harm caused by the transactions they have performed in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of this article. The court may, at the request of parents, adoptive parents or guardians or the guardianship and guardianship authority, restrict or deprive a minor between 14 and 14 years of age. 18 years ' right to dispose of their earnings, scholarships or other income independently, except in cases where the minor has acquired full legal capacity 5.
