Article 38: Trusting the administration of the property of the trustee

1. If the need arises for the permanent management of real and valuable movable property, the guardianship and guardianship body shall enter into a contract with the manager designated by that authority, in trust with the trustee. In such a case, the guardian or trustee shall retain his or her authority over the property of the trustee which is not entrusted to the trustee. 2. The trustee shall be subject to the rules laid down in article 37, paragraphs 2 and 3, of the present Code. The custody is terminated on the grounds provided for by law for the termination of the trust agreement for the administration of property, as well as in cases of termination of guardianship and guardianship.
