Article 48: The concept of a legal person

1. A legal person shall be recognized as an organization which possesses and responds to separate property in accordance with its obligations, may acquire and exercise civil rights on its own behalf and carry the goods. 2. A legal person must be registered in a single State register of legal persons in one of the organizational and legal forms. 3. Legal persons whose property is subject to property rights by their founders include State and municipal unitary enterprises as well as institutions. 4. The legal situation of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Banca Rosca Rosa) These are defined by the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the law on the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
