Article 69: Basic provisions on full partnership

1. It is fully recognized that the members of the partnership (full comrades) are engaged in business activities on behalf of the partnership and bear the odour, in accordance with the contract concluded between them. 2. A person may only be a member of one full partnership. The name(s) of all participants and the words «full partnership», or the name(s) of one or more participants, with the addition of the words «and company» and the words «full partnership».
