Article 73: Obligations of a member of a full partnership

1. A member of a full partnership is obliged to participate in its activities in accordance with the terms of the constituent treaty. 2. A member of a full partnership is obliged to contribute at least half of its class. In the event of failure to comply with this obligation, the remaining part must be deposited by a party within the time limit established by the constituent treaty. The member is required to pay 10 per cent of the annual contribution to the partnership and to make reparation for the loss suffered, unless the other consequences are established by the constituent treaty. The tunnel of a full partnership may not, without the consent of the other participants, engage in transactions on its own behalf or in the interest of third parties that are uniform with those which constitute the subject matter of the proceedings. In violation of this rule, the partnership may, at its choice, claim compensation for the damage caused to the partnership or surrender the whole of the partnership to the partnership.
