Article 77: Withdrawal of a participant from a full partnership

1. A member of a full partnership is entitled to withdraw from the partnership by refusing to participate in the partnership. At least six months before the actual withdrawal from the partnership, an early withdrawal from a full partnership established for a specified period of time is permitted only for a valid reason. 2. The agreement between the members of the partnership to waive the right to withdraw from the partnership is null and void.
