Article 130: Real and movable objects

1. Real property (real property, real estate) includes land, subsoil and all that is firmly connected to land, i.e., objects that are moved without disproportionate damage They cannot be designated, including buildings, structures, construction in progress, and real estate includes State-registered aircraft and vessels, a court of law and a court of law.
