Article 159.

1. A transaction for which no written (simple or notary) form has been established by law or agreement of the parties may be made orally. 2. Unless otherwise specified by agreement of the parties, owls may be made. Make oral all transactions performed at the time of their commission, except those for which notary form has been established and transactions for which non-compliance with the simple writing of the transaction is caused by the non-compliance of the transaction. 3. Transactions pursuant to a written contract may, by agreement of the parties, be made orally, unless it is contrary to the law, other legal acts and the contract.
