Article 181.2: Adoption of a decision of a meeting

1. A decision of the assembly shall be deemed to have been taken if a majority of the participants in the assembly voted in favour and at least 50 per cent of the participants participated in the meeting. Members of the civil society may participate in the meeting remotely by electronic or other technical means if they do so. Such an opportunity and means may be exhausted. 1.1 The decision of the assembly may be taken without a meeting (by correspondence vote) by sending, including by electronic or other technical means, at least fifty per cent of the members of the civil society concerned The decision shall be deemed to have been taken if a majority of the parties to the civil society that sent them voted in favour of the decision. 2. The law, unanimous decision of the members of the civil legal community or the statute of a legal person may provide for the combination of voting at a meeting and by correspondence. 2. If there are several issues on the agenda of the meeting, each of them shall be decided on its own, unless otherwise decided unanimously by the participants in the meeting. The record shall be in writing, including a copy of the record, and the results of the voting at the meeting, as well as the results of the vote in absentia, shall be confirmed by the record. Electronic or other technical means (art. 160, para. 1, para. 2) and signed in the event of a meeting between the presiding officer and the secretary of the meeting, and in the case of others The decision is taken by persons who have counted votes or recorded the result of the counting of votes. The legal community or the statute of a legal person may provide for a different way of confirming the holding of a meeting of the members of the civil legal community and the results of the voting. 4. The record shall indicate: (1) the date and time of the meeting, the place of the meeting and (or) the method of remote participation of the members of the the date on which the documents containing the votes of the members of the civil legal community were adopted, and the manner in which the documents were sent; (2) the persons taking part in the meeting and (or) the persons who sent the documents containing the information about the vote; (3) the results of the voting on each ballot. 4.
