Article 226. Driving objects which the owner has abandoned

1. Driving objects abandoned by or otherwise left behind by the owner for the purpose of disenfranchising their ownership (or abandoned items) may be transferred to their property by other persons. 2. A person who owns, owns or uses land, a water object or other object where the abandoned item is located 100 :: Explicitly below 3,000 rubles, or scrap metal, broken products, alloy oils, dumps and plums from mining, production waste and others e waste has the right to convert these items into their own property by starting to use them or by performing other activities that indicate that the property is being taken over. The property of a person who has taken possession of them shall be lost if, on the application of that person, they are found by the court to be homeless.
