Article 275. Maintenance of easements when land rights are transferred

1. Servitut shall be retained if the rights to the land which is encumbered by the Servity are transferred to another person, unless otherwise provided by this Code. 2. Servitut cannot be self-contained The security may not be transferred by any means to persons who are not the owners of immovable property and who have been ordered to use it. (Signed) Enn.
